Massedrucksensoren der DSP-Serie
KMK Melt Pressure Transmitter of the DSP series with integrated safety shutdown according to Performance Level c. The switching output of the sensor is used for overpressure protection in extrusion plants. The DSP is most commonly used worldwide in plastic extrusion when additional evaluation devices are to be dispensed with. KMK's special membrane technology ensures maximum service life.
KMK melt pressure sensors operate on the proven principle of strain gauge (DMS) technology.
- Switching output DIN EN 1114-1 / EN ISO 13849-1/-2 Performance Level "c"

Melt pressure transducer DS1
Our melt pressure transducers are available in various shaft designs and optionally with a reinforced diaphragm made of 2.4610. As an alternative to the 6-pin standard connector, a fixed connection in various lengths with open cable ends can be selected upon request.
Melt pressure transducer DS2
KMK melt pressure transducers with flexible capillary. The capillary is protected by a robust protective spring, allows the transducer to be mounted flexibly in case of thermal radiation or limited space. The corresponding mounting part is included in the scope of delivery. Optionally, the sensor can be equipped with a reinforced 2.4610 diaphragm.
Melt pressure transducer DS3
Transducer in standard version with union shaft and exposed capillary. Optionally, the sensor is available with a reinforced membrane made of 2.4610.
