Combined melt pressure- and melt temperature transmitter DTSI

Based on our DTS melt pressure sensor with integrated temperature element designed for single-sensor mounting on extruders, measurement of pressure and temperature is conducted within a sensor equipped with an integrated amplifier. Depending on the type of melt pressure sensor, standardized output signals (0-10 VDC or 0/4-20 mA) are provided.

Melt pressure transmitter DTSI1

KMK's combined pressure and temperature sensor with integrated amplifier is supplied in the standard version with a sheathed thermocouple type J (Fe-CuNi). Optionally, thermocouples type L (Fe-CuNi), type K (NiCr-Ni), and resistance temperature detector PT-100 are available for selection. Additionally, a reinforced diaphragm made of 2.4610 can be used.
